Bacterial DNA Isolation Kit
Bactozol™ is a kit for the isolation of DNA from a broad spectrum of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. A key component of the kit is Bactozyme, designed for the effective lysis of bacterial cell walls. Bactozyme is a concentrated solution (10×) containing activated lysozyme that remains stable at room temperature and precludes the need for daily enzyme preparation. DNAzol provides a method for isolation of DNA from the bacterial lysate.
