Native NEXT GEL non-denaturing gel electrophoresis kit allows high resolution of proteins in their native conformation by an agarose-based gel format. Able to be run with both basic and acidic proteins, the kit is compatible with all supporting technology, such as Western Blotting, N-terminal sequencing, MS and MALDI. A heat and pour agarose is used that prevents exposure to the hazards associated with liquid acrylamide and allows for easier recovery of the protein following separation. The kit contains sufficient reagents to perform 35 to 50 mini gels and is stable at room temperature for up to 1 year.
