Sequencing Buffer
AMRESCO's A.C.E.™ Sequencing Buffer 1× is a new addition to the Advanced Capillary Electrophoresis line. For use in DNA sequencing via capillary electrophoresis and supplied ready to use, this buffer does not require dilution. It has proven to be effective when used with the ABI® 3100, 3700, and 310 automated CE systems as well as with the Beckman CEQ™ 2000XL sequencer.
