MARSXpress Ultra-High Throughput Microwave Reaction System processes up to 40 high-pressure vessels per run. The system offers adaptive, continuous temperature and pressure feedback control for all vessels without the need for temperature and pressure connections. Dual non-contact sensors offer accurate temperature measurement, and the vessels are self-regulating, ensuring samples requiring 260 C or that generate 500 psi can be safely processed. Vessels are available in a variety of sizes, from 10 ml to 75 ml, making the system suited for an array of digestion, extraction and organic synthesis applications. The system monitors the conditions in the vessels and automatically adjusts the power output, ensuring control of user chemistries. MARSXpressLink software provides data collection and real-time graphic display of temperature profiles.
