HPLC System
The Xlc series of extreme high-pressure liquid-chromatography instrumentation delivers solvents at pressures in excess of 15,000 psi. These pressures, coupled with the Xlc line of columns, allow the user to achieve chromatographic speed, sensitivity and efficiency. Small footprint allows two systems to fit in the space previously occupied by one traditional HPLC. Each component can be programmed individually or software controlled. There are several possible configurations with a variety of detectors and autosamplers. Columns can be purchased in sizes ranging from 1.0 100 mm and with particle sizes of 1.5, 3.0 and 5.0 microns. Detector options include diode array, fluorescence, circular dichroism, optical rotary dispersion, chemical luminescence and refractive index.
