High Throughput LC Injection
SIL-5000 High Throughput LC Injection System uses a syringe-only concept, combining manual and robotic handling systems for high-precision, high-throughput sample injection operation. The high throughput sampling system can accommodate 600 2 ml vials, up to 24 standard microplates (96/384 wells), or 6 deep well plates, and is equipped with a dedicated fast wash station for rapid syringe and valve cleaning. It offers temperature-controlled sample storage from 4 to 40 C. LCD and a user-based teaching scroll simplify operation. Remote Windows®-based software enables customized prep and load cycles, while an optional 4 or 10-port injection valve enables complex column switching procedures or internal loop configurations.
