Dye Terminator Removal Resin
MagDTR™ dye terminator removal technology is an improved DNA sequencing reaction clean-up method that generates high-quality data. Sequencing reaction products are adsorbed to magnetic particles, washed with alcohol, and eluted in water. The system can be used in single tubes as well as 96-well and 384-well plates, and can be automated for high-throughput sequencing. Quality sequences can be achieved using as little as 250 nl in 5 μl reactions of BigDye™ reagent. The MagDTR system gives Phred 20 scores over 800 with read lengths over 850 bases achievable over a wide range of reaction conditions.
