Dye Terminal Removal Kit
The Performa™ DTR Dye Terminator Removal product line has added a 96-well short-plate. The short plate is for low volume sequencing reaction clean-up and can be spun directly into the reaction plate. It removes dNTPs, salts, label from probes and other low molecular weight material without any additional transfer steps. The plate is delivered fully hydrated with ultra-pure water, which eliminates interference from salt or preservatives and ensures consistent results.
