SureFIRE Conjugation Kits, comprised of preactivated enzymes and linkers, offer a reliable approach to labeling proteins or antibodies. The kits provide all necessary reagents for labeling proteins with either alkaline phosphatase (AP) or horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Resultant conjugates are useful in ELISA, blotting, immunohistochemistry and other immunodetection applications requiring sensitivity and reproducibility. The protocols require just 20 minutes of hands-on time with conjugation complete in 90 minutes (HRP) or 3 hours (AP). Detailed manuals are provided.
