PerkinElmer Corp. offers a group of products dedicated to cellular screening. The LumiLux uHTS system enables luminescent ultra-high throughput cellular screening with all types of cells in 1536 well format. The LANCE cAMP assay features a one-step protocol, sensitivity, very low compound interference and requires a minimal number of cells per well. It is fully optimized for use with all detectors, including PerkinElmer’s uHTS ViewLux, increasing throughput and performance. The ProxiPlate 384 features shallow wells for increased counting efficiencies and lower reagent volume assays, offering improved productivity without sacrificing sensitivity. New reagent offerings include the AlphaScreen Optimization kit and ligands for hERG testing.
