ProScanArray and ScanArray GX microarray scanners support both proteomic and genomic array-based applications. The ProScanArray series of multi-application microarray scanners utilize proven confocal technology that collects more signals of interest so that background noise is automatically lowered, delivering a high signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity. The scanners, which can be upgraded, integrate image acquisition and analysis for proteomic and genomic applications through ProScanArray Express software. This software enables delivery of absolute quantitative microarray results for scientists analyzing protein arrays. For higher throughput, ProScanArray HT features a patented 20-slide autoloader. The ScanArray GX, a two-laser microarray scanner for genomic applications, is driven by the latest release of ScanArray Express software, which provides fast and accurate spot finding capabilities.
