Trevigen’s anti-8-oxo-dG antibody allows detection and quantitation of 8- hydroxyguanine in DNA, cell and tissue samples, and can be used in immunocytochemisty, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry. The antibody was raised against 8-hydroxyguanine coupled to BSA, and recognizes 8-oxo-dG in free bases. The antibody has similar binding affinity for 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine and for 8-hydroxyguanine.
