Western Assay System
Trevigen has introduced the E-3 Western assay system. The methodology utilizes free solution pulsed electrophoresis in specially formulated buffers to quickly move charged protein molecules in solution. The process establishes the rapid formation of stable and highly specific immune complexes. This allows a typical Western, including transfer and detection, to be completed in as little as one hour. The system is comprised of the E-3 Western apparatus, power switch, and chemiluminescent or colormetric reagent kits.
