Antibody Purification Kit
Chromatography based purification kit uses a proprietary "linked process" to purify pharmaceutical antibodies. The 3-column kit will allow researchers and manufacturers to examine the purification of polyclonal IgG (all sub-classes), monoclonal antibody IgG (all classes), humanized antibodies, antibody fragments and antibody fusion proteins. Two of the columns contain affinity adsorbants that, when "linked" together with a cation exchange column, can provide high levels of yield and purity. The kit does not utilize Protein A, but instead uses the proprietary MAbsorbent(r) matrix either as an initial capture or as a secondary purification following cation exchange with Fractoprep(r) SO3.
