Reconstituted Basement Membrane Preparation
EC Matrix Solution is a reconstituted basement membrane preparation derived from the EHS mouse sarcoma. The matrix supports the growth and differentiation of a variety of cell types including tube formation by mouse epithelial cells. It is also available with a reduced concentration of growth factors.
