Chameleon multilabel microplate reader is available with MikroWin instrument control and data analysis software. The optical design of this compact reader allows up to six measurement technologies: liquid scintillation counting, luminescence, absorbance, fluorescence intensity, time-resolved fluorescence and fluorescence polarization. Systems are custom configured with the technologies required to fit a user’s research and can also be upgraded at a later time to include other measurement modes. Features include UV and VIS wavelength ranges for absorbance measurements; optional injectors for glow or flash luminescence applications; superior luminescence sensitivity using optical design; and high speed single photon counting digital technology.
