Heating And Refrigerated Circulators
The HighTech series offers heating and refrigerated circulators with new technology for demanding applications. These units feature VFD Comfort-Display with a simultaneous display of set point and actual temperature values, as well as colored status symbols and indication of the pump pressure. Models HL/SL include the self-optimizing Intelligent Cascade Control (ICC) temperature control, and all models enable direct temperature measurement and control of an external system via an external Pt100 sensor connection. The early warning system provides a warning for low fluid level, before a safety cut-off comes into effect. The HighTech series has a powerful circulation pump system, providing both pressure and suction capabilities. The pump capacity in all models is fully adjustable (PPC) and reaches a maximum pressure capacity of 1.1 bar (pressure 0.7 bar, suction 0.4 bar), or a flow rate of 22 to 26 L/min. The integrated programmer, with 6 × 60 program steps and a real-time clock enables time-controlled temperature processes. The units are also equipped with ATC3, three-point temperature calibration facility, Stakei tip jack for solenoid valves, additional pump, and an RS232 interface. Models HL/SL additionally offer an RS485 interface, TCF Temperature Control Features, and a multilingual LCD Dialogue-Display for clear, interactive, and user-friendly menu guidance.
