Heating And Refrigerated Circulators
JULABO HighTech series heating and refrigerated circulators are equipped with a PID cascade temperature control. Set point and actual temperature values are simultaneously displayed, as are colored status symbols and indication of the pump pressure. Model HL/SL includes self-optimizing ICC (Intelligent Cascade Control) temperature control. All models enable direct temperature measurement and control of an external system via an external Pt100 sensor connection. Early warning system alerts for low liquid level before a safety cut-off comes into effect. Circulation pump systems provide both pressure and suction capabilities. Pump capacity in all models is fully adjustable and reaches a maximum pressure capacity of 1.1 bar (pressure 0.7 bar, suction 0.4 bar), or a flow rate of 22-26 l/min. The integrated programmer, with 6 x 60 program steps and a real-time clock, enables time-controlled temperature processes. Heating capacity is up to 3 kW, and cooling capacity up to 5.5 kW. Depending on model combination, working temperature ranges from 𤩔 C up to +300 C can be covered. For higher capacity, the HST Booster Heater with an additional 4 kW heating capacity and a HSP Booster Pump with 3.5 bar pressure are available as options.
