Low Viscosity Embedding Resin
Embed-It™ Low Viscosity Epoxy Kit is a modified formulation of the Spurr's Low Viscosity Embedding Resin. It is composed of two very low viscosity components packaged in easy to dispense squeeze top bottles that are mixed together in equal parts by weight. The low viscosity of the components, about 65 cps, penetrates into a specimen, curing to a clear hard solid overnight at 60 C. The epoxy resin is used for both infiltration and embedding of the specimen.
