Two monoclonal antibodies, MMS-518P and MMS-519P, against Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE) are available. NSE is found in elevated concentrations in plasma and certain neoplasias, including pediatric neuroblastoma and small cell lung cancer. The monoclonal antibodies were raised using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 416-433 of human NSE. These antibodies are effective in ELISA, immunoblotting and immunocytochemistry.
