Online Antibody Tracking
STAR (Schedule Tracking & Antibody Reporting), a free service for all Strategic BioSolutions customers to use, is accessible through links on the Strategic BioSolutions web site at www.strategicbiosolutions.com. STAR is a client-focused website developed to allow customers to easily track the status of their custom antibody projects with Strategic BioSolutions. Customers can automatically access proprietary schedule information to gain valuable project transparency and to better plan key supply chain activities. Information on project schedules, shipments, history, and antibody production status are all available through customizable filters and sorting methods. STAR allows customers to select the performance criteria most important to them, filter their project information, view it on screen, and easily download as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to allow integration with other databases. The site includes online user help, as well as links to e-mail or call Customer Service assistance directly. Proprietary information is kept secure and is only accessible with an account login and password issued by Customer Service. Self service features allow customers to start tapping into more timely and actionable information, while reducing the time and costs associated with less interactive forms of information transfer such fax, phone and e-mail.
