Collagenase For Tissue Dissociation
GMP chromatographically purified collagenase is used in tissue dissociation from human and animal organs. Collagenase NB1 is optimized for human pancreatic islet isolation. It is used in conjunction with separately provided neutral protease to optimize the isolation, depending on the condition of the organ. Collagenase NB8 is a purified product with Wunsch PZ activity of >0.9 Units/mg and is used for a range of applications including isolation of pancreatic islets from animals, hepatocytes, cardiomyocytes, and chondrocytes.
