Combination PCR Kit
TripleMaster PCR product is suitable for long range PCR high fidelity PCR, and applications involving GC-rich or impure templates. The kit contains a Tuning Buffer to prevent long templates from breaking and to increase PCR sensitivity, resulting in PCRs up to 40 kb. For proofreading reactions, the high-fidelity buffer and enzyme mix ensure minimal error rates. The enzyme mix also allows amplification of GC-rich templates that often have interfering secondary structures. These GC-rich templates still result in the production of high yields, even though considerably less toxic DMSO is required. The basic kit includes a control DNA and primer kit to simplify troubleshooting.
