I26 and I26R shakers (New Brunswick Scientific) can be stacked up to three units high, with independent control for each shaker. Offering speeds of 25 to 400 rpm and temperatures from 7 to 60 C (from 15 C in the refrigerated I26R), these shakers are capable of culturing a wide array of microbial, animal, plant and yeast cells. The system features the manufacturer’s triple-eccentric drive, providing dependable operation and uniform mixing in a 1 orbit. Flasks to 2.8 liters are accommodated on interchangeable 30× 18 accessory platforms.
