Pilot/Production Fermentors
Modularly-designed pilot to production-scale fermentors can be readily customized. They can be delivered quickly and upgraded in the field to meet changing process requirements. Sterilize-in-place BioFlo® Pro fermentation systems are currently available in 75, 150, 300 & 500 liter capacities, with cell culture system bioreactors following soon. The control system features an intuitive full-color touch screen interface capable of incorporating data from ancillary devices such as turbidity probes, glucose and gas analyzers or mass spectrometers. A compact frame minimizes space requirements, incorporating supports to provide simple addition of optional valves and accessories.
