The standard micro-homogenizing package, including the homogenizer and a 5 × 75 mm generator, allows volumes as small as 0.03 ml to be processed in seconds. Applications include gently mixing, extracting RNA/DNA or destroying the cell wall. A deluxe package features two generators, the 5 × 75 mm generator as well as 7 × 75 mm generator, the larger generator offering a a saw tooth design for processing tough samples.
