VSOS-4 heavy-duty orbital shaker offers a uniform motion that provides both mixing and vortexing actions. The smooth, quiet and reproducible shaking motion (19 mm circular) is available for applications such as cell/tissue culture, hybridization, staining and de-staining gels, filter washing, and general mixing. A 12× 14 universal platform (with removable rubber pad) supports up to 110 lbs. An adjustable bar support accommodates standard vessels or oddly shaped containers. Digital readout allows for specific speed adjustments from 25 to 400 rpm. A 60-minute timer with "hold" feature allows for extended experiments and overnight runs. Accessories include additional bar support sets to increase capacity, clamps from 10 ml to 1000 ml, and an optional utility tray for increased sample portability.
