Multi-Detection Microplate Reader
Synergy 4 multi-detection microplate reader can perform an unlimited number of microplate-based assays. It combines filter-based and quadruple monochromator-based fluorescence detection technology, and includes fluorescence intensity, luminescence, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence, and UV-visible absorbance modes. Filter-based fluorescence technology provides light filtering and purification. The filter systems offer fast wavelength switching and higher read speeds. Quadruple monochromator-based fluorescence technology offers flexible wavelength selection, true spectral scanning, reduced background noise and increased convenience.
