Washer For 384-Well Plates
 The Elx405 HT washer for 384-well microplates features the processing speed, carrier design and footprint to facilitate integration into automated systems requiring high-throughput washing. Patented Dual-Action manifold design provides independent control of the aspirate and dispense manifolds, allowing precise positioning within the microwell. This eliminates overfilling, which causes cross-contamination, and allows for overflow washing, a technique that provides maximum dilution rates for effective wash cycles. Applications range from vigorous washing, for certain ELISA assays, to gentle washing, for cell-based assays. The instrument can be interfaced with the Bio-Tek Instrument's Bio-Stack automated microplate stacker for fast, unattended plate washing.
