Microplate Spectrophotometer
The Bio-Tek Instruments universal microplate spectrophotometer PowerWave™ XS offers tunable wavelength selection from 200 to 999 nm in 1 nm increments and wavelength scanning without the need for filters. Unique 4-Zone™ temperature control to 50 C, programmable shaking, robotic compatibility, and fast sweep mode are standard features. Microplates having from 6 to 384 wells are accommodated, including Terasaki formats, as well as Bio-Tek's patented Bio-Cell™ quartz vessels for standard 1 cm measurements. Read modes include endpoint, kinetic and spectral scanning are available for applications including ELISA260/A280 ratios, protein analysis and others.
