Low-profile Multiplate 48-well unskirted microplates provide a convenient option for thermal cycling 48 or fewer wells in real-time, low-volume, and other experiments. Low-profile microplates are recommended for low-volume reactions because less surface area rises above the sample block, reducing the surface available for condensate formation. The plates are compatible with most 96-well cyclers and are available in clear, white (for enhanced fluorescent signal), and black.
