Modular Real-Time Detector
Chromo4™ (MJ Research) compact detector with attached Alpha™ unit easily snaps into the DNA Engine® thermal cycler base. Ten different format Alpha units can be easily swapped. Sensitive four-color multiplexing is possible with a wide range of pre-calibrated dyes. The user-changeable Chromo4 photonics shuttle, the heart of the detector, can be ordered with customized filter sets for unique chemistries.
