Real-Time qPCR Analysis
DyNAmo™ SYBR Green qPCR kit is for real-time qPCR analysis. The enzyme is engineered to provide early cycle thresholds (Ct), high fluorescence and single-copy detection. Increased processing and tolerance of SYBR Green yield sensitivity for accurate target quantification. The kit works with most real-time instruments, and optimized protocols are supplied for use with DNA Engine Opticon® real-time systems.
