384-Well Cycler Plate
Hard-Shell® plates are now available in a 384-well format. The skirt and deck are molded from a rigid, thermostable polymer that prevents warping and shrinkage. The thin-wall wells are then molded of virgin polypropylene, providing low DNA binding, excellent vapor retention, and optimal thermal conductivity. The design is ideal for SNP assays, automation, and low-volume reactions. Raised rims around each well have been specifically engineered to provide excellent sealing with adhesive, pressure-based, or heat seal methods. Recommended reaction volumes are 3-30 μl, and total capacity is 50 μl.
