Cell Culture Flask For Automation

RoboFlask cell culture vessels fit in a standard microplate footprint. The flask provides greater than 20% additional cell growth area over a 75 cm2 flask. The vessel is designed for fully integrated cell culture instrumentation such as the Tecan Cellerity System. The lower profile design maximizes the use of incubator space when using the flask in manual operations. Cell growth area is 92.6 cm2. Septum cap is suitable for multiple entries by robotic systems. The cap may also be removed for manual seeding and harvesting of cells. Diagonal slope ensures recovery of all media and cells. For proper gas exchange during feeding and incubation, a durable 2.2 cm2 hydrophobic vent membrane is built into the vessel. Flasks are available with standard tissue culture treatment and custom coatings are available.
