Electrochemical Detection Of Sulfur-Containing Compounds
This assay automatically assesses the concentration, integrity and overall quality of purified RNA samples, and runs in a microfluidic chip format on the Caliper Life Sciences LabChip 90 instrument. The test measures the integrity of purified RNA samples prior to their use in critical applications such as microarray analysis or quantitative transcript analysis using real-time PCR. Used with the LabChip 90 and proprietrary software, the assay provides walk away automation for up to 300 samples per day.
