Model 540 MicroTiter Autosampler, a low volume, multi-function injector for HPLC, performs versatile sample delivery using the microtiter plate format, as well as a vial arrangement. The 540 also offers three injection modes (flushed loop, partial loop, and microliter pickup) for effective reproducibility and no sample loss when dealing with limited sample volumes. Automated derivatization and diluting capabilities support the flexible formats for sample preparation. It features a biocompatible, non-metallic flow path and is also available with a stainless steel flow path.
