OneDrop MicroPoration MP-100 System uses sample sizes of 10 to 100 and provides high yields of transfected cell. The hand-held pipette-type device utilizes MicroPoration technology, and consists of a pulse generator, safety chamber and MicroPorator pipette. Pre-sterilized microporation tips are supplied as disposables. The high performance pulse generator has a graphical user interface for easy setting and operation. Setting of electrical parameters, number of pulses and pulse duration are graphically visualized with a large LCD display. Pre-optimized electric parameters are provided and updated through the technical support group.
