The flexible probe can be autoclaved gas sterilized, and its small mass allows for extremely fast reading times with time constants as low as 0.005 seconds. The micro probes work with a controller to measure with an accuracy of 0.1 C. An auto correction feature compensates for ambient temperatures from 0 C to 50 C.
