Dialyzer For Ligand-Binding Experiments
The Multi-Equilibrium Dialyzer performs fast, reproducible ligand binding experiments. A temperature controller protects the biological activity of heat sensitive compounds or accelerates analysis time. Uses include studying ligand binding using the method most comparable to in vivo conditions, and studying low affinity interactions that may be undetectable using other methods. Constructed of Teflon dialysis cells for extremely low non-specific binding, the cells are available with increased membrane surface areas, allowing rapid dialysis times. The researcher can perform 1 to 20 highly reproducible assays simultaneously. Temperature chambers allow heating or cooling of the sample cells.
