Both products purify and analyze synthetic oligonucleotides including siRNA and primers and probes. The columns feature sub-3 micron Bridged Ethyl Hybrid (BEH) particle technology and provide good yield and resolution in ion-pair, reversed-phase separations of oligonucleotides.
