Lipid Kinases
The PI3 kinase line has been expanded with 17 lipid kinases now available both for purchase and as part of the KinaseProfiler service. PI3 kinases regulate a wide variety of cellular functions, including cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, motility, survival, and intracellular trafficking. As a result, defects in PI3 kinase function lead to multiple disease states, including several forms of cancer. This lipid kinase panel and KinaseProfiler service provide the tools to dissect the networks underlying PI3 kinase signaling, essential to the design of new therapies.
