The GPCRProfiler service provides selective screening and characterization of lead compounds, and screening of focused GPCR libraries. Accurate characterization of lead compounds provides comprehensive functional data that enables acceleration of lead optimization efforts. Services include: selective screening for off target effects; IC50 dose response analysis; and screening of focused libraries against single or multiple targets. More than 100 validated GPCR targets are available for profiling and screening and the portfolio is expanding.
