MultiScreen Solubility Filter Plates, automation-compatible, 96-well systems for quantitative solubility assays, screen hundreds of samples per day with results that correlate to shake flask methods. The plates conserve sample and provide reproducible results in less than four hours. Low-binding membrane and plate materials yield high drug recovery. The plates can be incubated for six hours or longer with shaking and will not drip. When vacuum is applied, wells empty in less than one minute. Reproducible results are demonstrated in well-to-well, plate-to-plate, and lot-to-lot comparisons.
