In-Gel Digest Kit
The Montage® In-Gel DigestZP Kit includes prepared, quality-controlled reagents; Promega® Modified Trypsin; and the ZipPlate™ Micro-SPE Plate. The ZipPlate device is a 96-well sample preparation tool that can be used to perform both in-gel digestion, and sample concentration and desalting prior to mass spectrometry (MS). The kit is configured for manual and automated use. Protocols are available for a variety of automated liquid handling systems.
