Ligation, Repair Kits
The Ligate-IT Rapid Ligation Kit facilitates ligation of cohesive ends in 5 minutes and blunt ends in 10 minutes, following incubation at room temperature. The Blunt- IT Repair Kit transforms DNA overhangs into blunt ends, using the Klenow fragment of E. coli DNA Polymerase I to fill 5’ and digest 3’ overhangs. The resulting DNA can be quickly ligated utilizing the Ligate-IT Rapid Ligation Kit.
