Measure DNA Sequence Purity

DNA Edit™ is a service offered to check the DNA sequence integrity of recombinant DNA plasmids, transgenes, and/or genetic markers. A test sample is validated against a control sample with single base pair differences detected using a patented enzyme technology. DNA segments as large as 2-3 Kb in length can be screened at once. Both bulk and population distributions of DNA sequence homogeneity can be measured for enhanced quality assurance.
