HPLC System For Proteomics

NanoLC Proteomics System, an HPLC that facilitates nanoscale LC/MS without flow splitting, enhances detection sensitivity and reproducibility for LC/MS proteomics studies, while offering ease of set-up, operation, and maintenance. The system is comprised of a binary gradient pump, autosampler, injection valve, control software, and separation columns. Microfluidic Flow Control (MFC) uses continuous feedback to an electronically controlled pressure source to maintain precise nanoscale flow rates without flow splitting. Precise control at these low flow rates improves sensitivity. The ability to change flow rate rapidly, or peak park, provides the mass spec with more time to acquire data on specific components, increasing the number of identified proteins.
