HitHunter kinase assay toolboxes combine all the components required to develop high-throughput screening assays for kinases based on fluorescence polarization, and provide the flexibility to optimize the buffer conditions and assay parameters as required by their target. Components include proprietary antibodies, tracers, substrates, and standards. Currently available assays include PKC19-31, Syntide 2, Crosstide, GS-derived peptide, ATF2, AMARA, and MBP.
