MultiGene-12™ Kits profile expression of eleven closely related genes by RT-PCR in up to eight different experiments simultaneously. The eight identical twelve-tube strips contain tested gene-specific primer sets representing genes from a single biological pathway plus one housekeeping gene. The kit also includes a lyophilized master mix containing a gel-loading buffer compatible with PCR allowing direct transfer of the reactions to an agarose gel.
